Acceptance
Our tenders will remain in force for a period of 60 days from the date of submission.Prior to the commencement of works we require a signed contract in place between the parties.
Guarantee
It is our interest to perform all works in a first class manner. Our reputation rests upon our performance and good record.All of our work is covered by our warranty that includes preparation and repainting of any breakdown resulting from faulty workmanship or materials.
Payment
Invoices are raised for payment in terms of the contract and Austcoat Standard Terms & Conditions. All invoices are rendered subject to The Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004.
